Parcel & Delivery Instructions – Block C (Botanica & Andrena)

To ensure the safe and efficient handling of deliveries within the building, please follow the instructions below:
Standard Parcels

All standard parcel deliveries addressed to Block C (Botanica and Andrena) will be accepted by the Concierge Team.

Parcels will be logged and stored securely in line with building procedures, and residents will be notified for collection.
Large & Special Deliveries

Large items, including but not limited to furniture, beds, appliances, and similar bulky deliveries, will not be accepted by concierge unless the resident is present.

Residents must ensure they are at home at the time of delivery to receive and manage these items directly.
Food & Consumable Deliveries

Food deliveries, groceries, and consumable items must only be delivered when the resident is present in the apartment.

Concierge will not store perishable or consumable goods on behalf of residents.
Resident Responsibility
Residents are responsible for:
  • Booking deliveries at appropriate times
  • Ensuring access arrangements are in place
  • Preventing obstruction of communal areas and maintaining fire safety compliance
Failure to follow these instructions may result in deliveries being refused.


Block A – Cembra & Block B – Cercis


Concierge services are NOT available for residents of Block A (Cembra) and Block B (Cercis).

Residents in these blocks must ensure they are at home to receive all deliveries, or arrange delivery to local parcel lockers or alternative collection points.

As concierge services are not included within the service charge for these blocks, parcel deliveries must be self-managed by residents.
