About Switch2 / POD


Heat and hot water at Chelsea Botanica are supplied via a communal energy system.
Energy metering, billing, and payments are managed by Switch2.

This includes:
  • Setting up resident energy accounts
  • Issuing bills or prepayment instructions
  • Managing meters and usage information
  • Handling all energy billing and tariff questions

POD Management is the managing agent for the building, but does not manage energy billing, tariffs, or payments.

If you have any questions about your heat or hot water charges, payments, or meter readings, please contact Switch2 directly using the details provided in your welcome pack or within your Switch2 account.
